We need to hear from you! Complete MACAA’s 2023 Community Needs Assessment Survey today and help shape the future of your community.

The Monticello Area Community Action Agency is currently assessing community needs within our service area. It’s important that we understand what you - our clients and neighbors - are experiencing so that we plan to offer the most relevant and impactful programs and services.

Every three years, MACAA is evaluates community needs to ensure resources are aligned with the most pressing needs of our neighbors in Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, and Nelson Counties and the City of Charlottesville. MACAA’s 2023 Community Needs Assessment will include data from interviews, client feedback, and this survey. Your voice and experience will help us ensure programs and services support those experiencing low income throughout our region.

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. That’s it! And after you're done, please share the link with your family, friends, and neighbors. Your feedback will inform our next steps and we want to be sure everyone has an opportunity to be a part of this important process. All responses are anonymous and we really value what you have to say.
